Hi,
Is it possible to add SLA & Service information to the customer information center? Or other suggestions to implement this use case:
* Our helpdesk team has to verify the customer's SLA & Service contract before they start creating a telephone ticket
* They have to do a quick search if a customer has all-inclusive support or a per incident support before the create the ticket
So I search an easy and quick way to show our agents the relationship between customer X with Service Y and SLA Z.
