Force log in when sort in Ticket Module

Hi all,

Please help me for this case.

When I go in the Ticket to View Ticket Status. Then I sort the ticket by Queue, State or Owner..., it also log me out then force me log in again.

It so disturb me to do that, please show me can I ignore it anywhere?

Do you use https? Have you configured https? What does the OTRS logs say? Without any information about your system it's impossible to help you...

I use http.

I work in OTRS 3.3.3 and Windows server 2012. When I checked log file, nothing happen to said about this issue.It just said that:

[Notice][Kernel::System::Auth::DB::Auth] User: phuc.dau authentication ok (Method: sha256, REMOTE_ADDR:...)

So I really don't know where and how to check it, please help with thanks!
