Hello,
This is my first post on this forum.
We are using OTRS 3.2.10 installed on RHEL 6.4, DB is MySQL Ver 14.14 Distrib 5.1.69.
Tickets are generated via email. Ticket Closure notification e-mails are sent when a ticket is closed. So far so good.
However, sometimes Users send e-mail on a closed ticket which reopens the ticket.
I would like to Reject those tickets when user sends a follow-up message on a closed ticket along with a Reject e-mail notification.
I am unable to figure out how to configure this.
Any pointers, help would be appreciated.
Cheers

Set the queue to followups reject and attach Autoreply reject response to queue.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
