set ticket responsible to the ticket creater

Post by nukeaut »

hi,

I want to set the agent who creates the ticket (new email ticket or new phone ticket) to the ticket responsible person... any idea how to make it?

if I set Ticket::Responsible and Ticket::ResponsibleAutoSet to yes, the ticket responsible is set to the owner.. but there are many ticket which are made by one agent, and the owner agent is another one...

The one who created the ticket is default owner and then responsible as well... If you swap your nomenclature, leave owner blank and assign responsible, it can work. Maybe custom translation if needed.

but I can't set the ticket-creater to the responsible per default?
so that I don't have to choose my own name as responsible..

Yes, if you choose the owner, then the Responsible will also be the owner.

No, you can't do what you want.
