Pre-fill Article Fields

I am creating a data entry screen (activity dialog) within Process Management where I would like to be able to go back to it several times, with all the previous fields filled in. I am able to do this with dynamic fields, but not with article fields. I am using article fields because they allow for attaching a file and I could not figure out another way to include that functionality.

My question is: Is there a way to pre-fill article fields before displaying them in an activity dialog data entry screen. I am using OTRS 3.3.3 and MySQL.
