I want to know how to use "Upcomings Events" on dashboard.

What is "Events", please tell me.

An event is a ticket with a start and a end date (2 dynamic fields needed)

"Upcoming Events": as said before this widget will display i.e. upcoming escalations

Regarding the 2 dynamic fields: ignore it, that does only apply for another widget, the so called "Event Ticket Calendar" and has nothing to do with your "Upcoming Events" widget
