Hallo OTRS Gmeinede,
ich brüte jetzt schon Stunde über das Thema, wie man mit ACL ein dynamisches Feld in AgentTicketPhone und AgentTicketMail steuern kann.
Bedingung = Dieses Feld soll dort nur angezeigt werden, wenn Tickettyp "RfC" ist.
Weiß jemand Rat? Danke!
