can't create directory '/opt/otrs/var/tmp/cachefilestorable'

I am getting this error with my installation on RHEL 6.5 .OTRS version is 3.2.11.

Done all setting as per the instruction


otrs.SetPermissions.pl /opt/otrs --otrs-user=otrs --web-user=apache--otrs-group=apache --web-group=apache

The error remains same
please help me

switch off SELINUX
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master

Never change Defaults.pm! :: Blog

disabled SELinux
but the same error appearing

check permissions on the folder
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master

Otrs is not a member of apache group
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
