Hello all,
I am looking for a way to automatically remove an article (e-mail) from a ticket once an agent decided to split that ticket. Right now, the article/e-mail is still in the old ticket and a completely new ticket with an identical article/e-mail will be created. We'd prefer to see the article removed from the "old" ticket.
