Hi,
I am using otrs 3.3.4 and My problem is that If as a customer, I send a mail with valid ticket number to OTRS, but it is still sending the reject mail. And one more thing, I have migrated the data from my old system, So this issue is only with the migrated tickets. It would be great if anyone has idea about it.
Thanks in Advance!
Gunjan

Re: Rejecting mails for the tickets with valid numbers
Reject usually occurs when queue is set to reject and ticket closed.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

Re: Rejecting mails for the tickets with valid numbers
How can I check queue is set to reject or not? and If state is 'pending auto close+', would ticket be rejected??

I'm sorry. I thought the context should be clear in the statement.Gunjan wrote:How can I check queue is set to reject or not?
Log into OTRS on index.pl as an administrative user/agent.
Click the admin tab.
Click Queues (at the left, in the box that says, "Queue Settings")
Choose the Queue for which the ticket that's being rejected sits. This means if the queue is "Raw", pick "Raw" ... If you don't know what Queue to choose, look up the ticket number and see what it says the queue is.
Look at the "Follow Up Option" in the listing. If it says "reject", or not, that is how you can tell if the ticket is set to reject.
Should not be. Pending auto close+ is pending, not closed.Gunjan wrote:If state is 'pending auto close+', would ticket be rejected??
This is not enough information to replicate the issue. I can't know how you migrated the tickets.Gunjan wrote:this issue is only with the migrated tickets
What message is being received as "the reject mail"?
