OTRS Process question

Hello I go question about Process in OTRS.

I created process and to start it i go to ticket->new process ticket, and ok ticket is created.

My question, is OTRS can create process with email customer. So customer send email to queue and that email is become to process ticket.

I mean how to change ticket to process automatically. In dolfiz post with subject:
„[SOLVED] Process Tickets - Reply to customer through email” i found sentence „We create a
GenericAgent that, after the email fetching, creates a process ticket from the inbound email.” My
question is how do it ?
I search in option in Generic Agent and I can’t find right option to do it.

yes, this can be done via Postmaster Filter
