Hide Change Tickets

Hi there,

Is it possible to hide the change tickets? Specifically, closed email tickets do not readily appear in the queue view when Closed. Similarly, can a Change Ticket set as Successful or Failed not show up in the Changes > Overview screen?

Changes are not tickets. So please explain your issue in a more detailed and understandable way
