Please advice me how to create ticket in OTRS via email?

send an email to a adress which is fetched by OTRS (or forwarded to the OTRS server). Read the Admin manual
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master
