"ITSM is undefinied"

When i try to add my first CI this error message follows up:

The User is in the itsm-configitem Group with "rw" rights.

it seems that your user has no permission to create a CI. At least the error message does say that.

And what means "class:99" ?

for me it seems that you built a new class (Name 99 or ID 99) and for this you don't have the proper permission.
