OTRS Reports ohne Layout

Hallo,

ich habe auf OTRS 3.3.6 upgedatet. Das ganze läuft auf einem Windows 2008 R2 IIS Server.
Nun haben die Reports plötzlich kein Layout mehr. Vorher waren diese schön formatiert. Wie kann ich das ändern? Danke!

Deine PDF API ist entweder nicht installiert oder ausgeschaltet

ok und wie kann ich diese aktivieren bzw. wo sehe ich ob diese eingeschaltet ist?

Hallo,

habs gefunden. Es haben diverse Perl - Module gefehlt.
Mit dem Script /<OTRS>/bin/otrs.checkModul.pl konnte ich sehen welche gefehlt haben.
