Hello,
We have configure POP3S mail box ,dispatching by selected queue and it is working fine. but some time few email dispatching by select different queue. select queue name postmaster this queue already invalid .
dispatching problem happening only few fetching mails other mail dispatching by selected queue.
any one know how to fix this issue?

Yes.
Either PostmasterFilter or another email fetch account set for disabled queue or don't have any invalid Queues or followups to existing tickets attached to invalid Queues.

OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

Yes, you mentioned that. I'd hope it would be something like, "What's different about the few email?" Maybe, "Do you have any log messages related to the few email?" and "Why do you have Postmaster Disabled? Did you try enabling it?"
They go to Postmaster because, possibly, that's SysConfig default Queue for PostMaster.

SysConfig default Queue for Post Master is changed as dispatching by selected queue(help-desk queue name) . but still facing problem dispatching mail creating ticket in postmaster queue. some email creating help desk queue and one or two mails creating postmaster queue tickets
