[SOLVED] Package Manager Error

Hello,

We are currently testing OTRS 3.2.9, installed on an Ubuntu server. The installation seemed to have succeeded but when I log on the Web Interface, I cannot open the Package Manager. The error is in the attachment.
I am worried I will have to reinstall all OTRS...
Is there any way to get only the package manager ? Like for a package, I just have to download it from an ftp link ?

Please look at the error log of the webserver (for apache under linux you can find it at /var/log/apache2/error.log or /var/log/httpd/error.log - depending on your OS)...

you are using a linux based system with MS SQL Database?

Yes, we are using Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio 2012 to be precise.
We had to change our database (that should be the error in the log file) but now we can log with no problem.

Linux with MS SQL Database is not supported.

Then how can I log, see all my previous tickets and all my customers ?

use mysql, postgres or oracle instead

The ODBC driver should bypass this problem...
Also, we do have the mssql packages installed on our server.

After re-reading the Admin Manual at http://otrs.github.io/doc/manual/admin/ ... f-database, I was wondering why the installation of MSSQL is described if it is not compatible...

MS SQL can only be used on Windows via ODBC. But it is not suggested to use it because of very bad performance

MSSQL is not installed on Linux. It is remote connection. For that we used unixODBC and Freetds. The connexion is established, I can add data from the Web interface (e.g. a service). So MSSQL works just fine.
The only moment when I get an error is when I click on Package Manager. In the System Log, the errors are :

I can't find anything wrong with the Kernel files, same with the Parser file.
Is there any way to solve theses problems ?

What do Search Results for the error tell you about what's happening?
For instance, freetds has some issues with loops.

That's the problem, none of the results correspond to my problem. At first I thought it was a rights problem, then I found that otrs could delete session, so that wasn't it. Then I thought it was database space problem but it was not since it is a dynamic space.
I've been looking for answer on the web for 3 days and found nothing.
Every time it is the same error. I'm starting to think that I'll have to reinstall everything.

As I said: Using a linux OTRS server with a MS SQL server is not supported as there is no fully working driver for the database connection

I ran ./otrs.PackageManager -a reinstall-all and it worked. So it didn't come from our database.
Conclusion : MSSQL works fine with Linux.
