We are getting the notification about new ticket creation/Closed/state update but is getting very Late.

Please provide the resolution...

ask your IT department to check the email flow internally

Hellor ,

I am getting the Email Notifications from OTRS is getting very slow , it is getting after 45 Min ....

Because of this I am missing important Updates.

Please help to resolve this.

If I am sending it through outlook it is getting in correct time...

check the headers of the mail. Check the OTRS Server, check all mail servers involved

Hint: it is not an OTRS issue as all mails will always send at time of article creation
