Hi,
i've got OTRS Applicance 1.0.4 with OTRS 3.3.4 but i have no update's available in OTRS Appliance manager - just message "Your system is already up to date. There are no updates available." but there are new versions 3.3.5, 3.3.6 available to download from OTRS web. Or is there any other way to upgrade appliance?
Any idea?

You will need to upgrade it like everyone else. Backup, download, read UPGRADING.md.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
