Possibly a silly question although I have tried to search the forums and web for an answer.
In 3.3.3 I am trying to pull an accounted time report in ticketlist format for a single customer.
Report to indicate accounted time per month. I realise I can create an accounted time report with article accounted time over the month but I require the level of detail the ticket list provides including ticket title, agent, queue, ticket number etc
At the moment it appears I can only create an accounted time report in ticket list format with ticket Created time, Close time, Historic Time Range or escalation options.
I would have thought Historic time range would provide the data I require but it does not appear to generate anything, could someone point me in the right direction?
