SurveyModul wirft Fehler aus

Hallo zusammen,

ich setzte die OTRS Version 2.4.1 mit dem SurveyModul 1.2.5 ein. Das System ist auf einem Windows Server 2003 32Bit installiert.

Wenn ich ein Ticket erfolgreich schließe und das System eigentlich die Umfrage-Mail versenden soll, bekomme ich folgende Meldung:

Software error:
Can't locate object method "LinkQuote" via package "Kernel::System::HTMLUtils" at C:/PROGRA~1/OTRS/OTRS//Kernel/System/Survey.pm line 1961.

For help, please send mail to the webmaster (webmaster@somenet.com), giving this error message and the time and date of the error.

Im Anhang habe ich die Survey.pm und die HTMLUtils hochgeladen.

Wenn ich noch mehr Infos hochladen soll, lasst es mich bitte wissen...
