I noticed that if you forward a ticket, that has got an attachment, to an email address the mail gets delivered without the attachment.
This only happens if I forward the mail to someone on our active directory. (This usually happens if I forward a mail to a staff member that is not on OTRS)
As soon as I forward the mail to an external email address (Not on Active Directory), the attachments arrive at the box without any issues.
My Configuration:
1) Articles are saved in a folder
2) I Use LDAP for user authentication aswell as customer authentication
3) MS Active Diretory
4) Version 3.07
Any Ideas?
