Yo,
I've done a heap of modifications to a few files and my logs are getting hit with these messages for a few different files:
Message: ITSMIncidentProblemManagement-3.0.4: C:/PROGRA~2/OTRS/OTRS/Kernel/Modules/AgentTicketPhone.pm is different!
Where are the original copies of these files being stored? :S

It might simply be MD5 hash calculation...
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
