Hello,

With summer holidays I think this topic is more than appropriate :D

What's the use of "Out Of Office Time" in Agent Preferences?

(I thought this would prevent the agent to receive e-mail notifications during this time, but it appears it doesn't.)

It will show other agents that this person is not available. Locked Tickets which receive a follow up from the customer will be unlocked

OK, no use for us because:
1. we don't use lock/unlock functionality (all our tickets are always unlocked)
2. we are only 4 agents sitting in the same cubicle, so we easily know when someone is not here :lol:
