Solved: Add Columns to Queue View and/or Dashboard

My users would like to see the Customer Name as a column within Queue View and Dashboard. Is this possible?

You will need to add some code in the .pm file to take the UserID and look up the Users name and pump that out. And also edit the associated .dtl

So it is possible :)
