Hello,
How do we install ITSM 3.0.4 on OTRS 3.0.9 on command line..? As per the guides we can do this by command line but we haven't found ./opm.pl in /bin directory.
We have tried to installed it from the package manager web UI but it fails with the timeout while uploading the ITSM package.
Please advice how do we get the opm.pl binary or how do we install packages in command line

i agree. i thought that the problem was because of my network connectivity. i have experienced it and it took quite sometime to get it installed. i was able to do it using package manager. i had not experienced this kind of delay for earlier versions of itsm with otrs.
