Hi everyone,
Have installed v3.0.9 on Server 2008 and the only thing I'm really struggling with is that OTRS is not automatically fetching mail from our Google Apps Account. However, if I click on the 'Run Now' link in the Mail Account Management OTRS fetches the email just fine, puts it in the queue and notifies me.
Anybody have any ideas?

Have you created a cronjob? As you said "Server 2008", I assume you are using Win32. Then this thread might be interesting for you: http://forums.otrs.org/viewtopic.php?f=53&t=10017
