attachment issue on ie6 and below

Customer having problem to attach files when using ie6 or lower, but work fine using ie7 and above. Any ideal or fixes? :(

Using OTRS vesion 3.0.9

ie6 is not supported, not even by Microsoft.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
