How make auto "copy to"
Hi, i'm using OTRS 3.0.7. Is it possible to set some adresses in field "copy to" for answers in certain queues? I want make it auto filling, because manual copy/pasting annoying.

OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
