Hello together,
we use OTRS internaly for our own IT issues. I'm a developer for admin gui from network appliances device.
And we are building a new smart and small device. So I'm looking for a new web UI to use for it.
So I like the look and feel from OTRS. Did OTRS use a open source framework for building the web UI or is it totally self developed?
If possible I want use this framework to build my own web ui.

Probably easier to make your own than to attempt to rip out the OTRS GUI
