configure available ticket actions depending on state

Hi

is it possible to configure available ticket actions(upper menu of actions in ticket zoom) depending on state of ticket?
e.g. I have ticket that is in state "Closed" and in this state i dont want the action menu to show certain actions, like "open" or "owner"
