HELP!!
First, I apologize for the completely foolish mistake. I am pretty sure I checked a box without knowing the implications. Now when I try to access OTRS via
http://localhost/otrs/index.pl
I am redirected to
http://host.example.com/login.html?RequestedURL=
What did I check and leave unconfigured and how can I change it back?
Thanks for the assist,
James

Re: http://host.example.com/login.html?RequestedURL=
You checked the LoginURL box in Frontend::Agent to set an alternative login page. You can remove this line from
otrs/Kernel/Config/Files/ZZZAuto.pm:$Self->{'LoginURL'} = 'http://host.example.com/login.html';
otrs/Kernel/Config/Files/ZZZAuto.pm:$Self->{'LoginURL'} = 'http://host.example.com/login.html';
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
