Statistics Module Issue

Statistics Module Issue
I ran a report using the statistics module and have found that the ticket number in the report does not match the ticket number in the system. I have to go into the system and search for the ticket by the ticket title, searching by the ticket number in the report always yields no results. Has anyone else encountered this issue?

I just installed 3.0.10 in a test environment and ran a report from the statistics module. I just ran the report to show the open tickets and it pulled the default welcome ticket. However in the report the ticket number is shown as 2010080210123450, but looking in the actual system the ticket number is 2010080210123456. I obtained these results running the one of the pre-built reports stat# 10001.

import the column as Text not as number in your Excel
