Hi,

I've setup OTRS with LDAP instance and it;s working fine but the local password in DB is also working. I checked the Authentication module in SysConfig but couldn't guess hwo do I stop it to NOT check the local DB and only check the LDAP. Customer::AuthModule::LDAP::Die is also set to YES.

any clue?

Multiple backends? (if you use ...1, "" still exists by default).
