I have set up event notifications to advise me when a new ticket is created, but it is not sending the email. In the log I find the following error message:
[Error][Kernel::System::Ticket::new][220] Module Kernel/System/Ticket/Custom.pm not found!
I also set up an event notification to send an email when a new message is moved into their queue, and I am getting this same message in the log.
I am using with Windows.
Any ideas???
