Queue view : list all queues

Hi There,

Perhaps the question have been reased before, if so please provide me a link since I couldn't find it.

We have a bunch of queues, which i actualy like to see as Folders where i place my tickets in.
When a Agent is selecting "tickets", there is a dropdown menu with fe. Queue View

What i'm looking for is a list of all the queues and to browse them more or less like a folder.
Now we need to do a search and then create template.. but it there no other way for this?
