Customize the filters in the Dashboard

Hey All,

I want to customize the 3 filters ( "Locked Tickets", "My Queues" and "All"), so instead of showing "Locked Tickets", for example, it only shows the tickets with a given state.

I know that those filters are defined in the AgentDashboardTicketGeneric.dtl file, but I'm not quite sure on the syntax to change them.

Any hints?

I'll try to take a look into this this week...I'm not a programer and not very "code" inclined, but I need to tweak and optimize OTRS, so I will have to dive into this sooner or latter
