Hi,
I am using OTRS 3.0 to manage mailboxes hosted on an exchange server. For a specific application, When a customer sends an email to my otrs mailbox and requests a read receipt, when OTRS polls the mailbox and downloads the email, something (OTRS or my exchange server which is not managed by me) is sending the read receipt to the customer. Is it possible to instruct OTRS NOT to send this receipt? Or is it something which has to be changed at the mail server level for the mailbox?

OTRS is not sending DSN. Your Exchange will send MDN.
