I have the system as follows:
Company has n customers A1, A2, A3, …An and 1 Customer Manager
- CustomerID of A1: a1@abc.com, CustomerID of A2: a2@abc.com,...
- CustomerID of Customer Manager: manager@abc.com
- CustomerIDs of Customer Manager: a1@abc.com ; a2@abc.com
I don’t want customer A1 can watch ticket of customer A2, A3,…, An, and vice verse. But an email always is sent to Customer Manager when his staff create ticket, I set the customerID of Customer Manager.
If there are n staff, I have to create n Event Notificatioins to send email to Customer Manager, and it is quite complex.
I tried to use field Customer with semicolon, for example: Customer: A1,A2,A3,… but it didn’t work.
Is there any way to set up only 1 event notification with multi CustomerIDs.

Why doesn't everyone have the same CustomerID? It'll help.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
