How to use CustomerIDs with Event Notificatioin

I want to set up an Event Notificatioi with multi CustomerIDs, but there are no filed CustomerIDs in the page Event Notification.
Please tell me how to do.

I use OTRS 3.0
system windown 2008
I use OTRS 3.08 on windowns 2008 with MySQL
