Greetings,
I need help to do a thing in my OTRS index page.
In the open Tickets frame I have columns like "ticket ID", "ticket name", "ticket age"... and I want to add a column where I can see the name of the Agent that has locked the ticket.
Can you help me?

That would be the owner, usually.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

Good morning,
Sometimes I can be the owner of the ticket but the ticket is unlocked (I unlocked it). Another agent lock the ticket and start to solve it, thats why I need to see the name of the agent who has locked the ticket in the index page.
Anyway, I dont know how to put the column "owner" in the open ticket frame.
