hi guys,
Start from yesterday ,why my notification was not working? before that it keep working, furthermore, my auto response was keep working and I had check all my notification(Event) were set as valid.
the admin site only me can access, if I had change anything in OTRS I will know , but now I did not change anything in OTRS.

It's possible (See System Log) that your Notification (System) email address differs from your Queue email address.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
