How GenereicAgent manually install on linux? :D

I don't know if I understand your question

/opt/otrs/GenericAgent.pl (or /opt/otrs/otrs.GenericAgent.pl) is installed during OTRS installation and cannot be installed manually

OTRS 6.0.13/ ITSM 6.0.13
OS: SUSE Linux (SLES 12, Leap), MySql 5.5.x, 5.6.x
Windows 2012 AD Integration (agents and customers), Nagios integration (incidents, CMDB), Survey, TimeAccounting

I wonder how it's done installing GenericAgent manually. For the agent is not running.

if it is not running, then you do not have your corncobs configured correctly, or you have not set a time in your generic agent (if entered via the web) Look to Setting up the cron jobs for OTRS and/or Executing automated jobs with the GenericAgent for more info
