Can you customize screens?
I'd like to add some javascript to the close ticket screen, so my techs can choose something like "Spam" from the dropdown and it will autopopulate the text field with "Spam. Ticket closed; no service needed.". Is that possible? I can't seem to figure out which file has that screen in it.

why not move it to the Spam Queue (create one if you're using Junk) and use GenericAgent to delete them?

Reviving this question.. I found another couple reasons to want to customize the output. I want the system to auto-focus on the "from" field on a new phone ticket screen and I wanna add a button to open one of our intranet tools. Is that even possible? I don't know perl, I'm lost looking at the source lol.
