Hello, OTRS community!
Is it possible to link Types with Services on Customer new ticket view by using ACL? I know there are a lot of similar posts, but a specific answer cannot be found nowhere.
For a moment I use hardcoded Type-service limitation, where unnecessary selectbox entries are removed (CustomerTicketMessage.dtl)

Concept should similarly apply to Type.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
