I was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction
I would like to know if there is some way to restrict the visibility of notes (internal and/or external) to certain groups of agents
We have a setting where "non-technical" staff are going to get access to the portal, but I do not want them to see the notes in the tickets
I am thinking that ACL's may be a solution here - so how would I go about restricting viewing notes to a group called say "Non-tech"
