Hello,
we are on our way to start with OTRS, and one question that is sure to come ist to automatically print attachments from one specific queue.
I already figured out that the best way is to use the Generic Agent for that, but I'm stuck with how to retrieve the actual attachment in order to process it.
Any hints?
The system is OTRS-3.0.10 on a Debian GNU/Linux.
