Auto-relock upon followup on closed ticket?
I set the system to make a ticket state=new when a followup is made on a closed ticket; is there a way to renew the locked state as well?
OTRS 3.0.11 / IIS7 / MSSQL 2005 / VMware ESX

Yes, there is a option on the queue admin form
