Hi everyone !
I've got something to ask :
My OTRS is installed and everything seems to work... except that I can't see any queue without having rw permissions !
Let me give you an example : I create a queue called "Support", that I assign to the "users" group.
I create an account that belongs to this group.
I want this user to have the read-only permission.
After being logged in as that user, I'm supposed to see all the tickets that belong to the Support queue, but it's not the case.
However, I can see those tickets when my user has the read-and-write permission.

use the Status View or the search for this...

Indeed, I was trying to see the tickets on the dashboard, and I didn't think about checking the status view !
