Link Queue To A Specific Template

Hello,

I just installed OTRS last week and I'm amazed at what it can do. I've got it setup as a ticketing tool and now I'd like to use OTRS for users to fill in security access forms.

I've created a queue called "Create New Account" as a sub queue for "Windows". I'd like to link a template for this queue so when the customer selects "Create New Account" a template will auto-populate (which is actually an HTML version of our Request For Access form) in the text area and all they would have to do is fill in the blanks.

Has anyone done something similar to this before?
